Job Description

•Medium and Long Term planning responsibilities: for the respective Region/Cluster, the SPM will participate actively in T&R planning, he/she is key Supply Chain representative in S&OP process and where appropriate will identify and pursue OPEX and CAPEX needs.

•Ownership and Management of Inventory: for the Region/Cluster, the SPM will support the Supply Planners in continuous improvement of inventory holding across the end-to-end supply chain versus customer service, He/she will drive and deliver any supply chainoptimisationprojects to expected benefits.

•Plant knowledge and Capacity Review: For the Region/Cluster, the SPM will identify any significant peaks and troughs in capacity utilization in the manufacturing and warehousing network and will initiate any projects or decisions to best solve the imbalances in collaboration with relevant site stakeholders (e.g. Operations Managers, 3rdParty Planning Manager, Supply Planners and Supply Coordinators).

•Management of Supply Issues: The SPM can manage a STEM (up to and including Class3) on a regional/cluster or cross-regional/cluster level and he/she is also accountable to ensure full compliance to the BCP.

•Performance Review and Management: The SPM is accountable for the supply chain performance as measure by agreed KPIs in their Region/Cluster and chairs a monthly Network Performance meeting with the Supply Planners and Planning Performance analyst to monitor the trends of these KPIs and progress of projects within the Region/Cluster. He/she will monitor the LPC trends (with support from Performance analyst) inside own area (region/cluster).

•Stakeholder Engagement and Management:

-Engages where appropriate (global) network design team to enable potential changes to network sourcing/ supply which could have financial benefit.

-Participates together with the forecasting/demand planning community in identifying trends in demand fluctuation andbehaviourof SKUofftakesin the market.

-Has awareness of major projects that impact portfolio and/or operations in their area (region/cluster) by regular contact with the relevant PLM Project Coordinator and Planning Projects team.

-Liaise with Operation Managers and other planning manager
