Job Summary:

BenefitWallet is seeking a Senior Creative Consultant who will be responsible for the overall look and feel of custom client materials (digital and traditional) with a passion for great design, a superb aesthetic sense, and an exceptional eye for detail. As a key member of the BenefitWallet Client Success Team, the Senior Creative Consultant will focus on maximizing engagement and participation by key stakeholder groups including employers, account holders and health plans. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, quick study, self-starter, and excellent communicator.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop customized materials for BenefitWallet large group clients that support a successful implementation and initial enrollment; includes custom microsites, HTML emails, flyers, employee presentations, infographics and more

• Produce templated turnkey materials for BenefitWallet small group clients that can be accessed on a self-service basis; includes custom microsites, HTML emails, flyers, employee presentations and more

• Create and maintain portfolio of customizable sales collateral including proposal and RFP response templates, presentations and microsites; responsible for building and maintaining shared repository using SharePoint (or similar)

• Develop and maintain templates for ongoing BenefitWallet customer publications including newsletters, reports, infographics and more

• Create and maintain digital assets for BenefitWallet websites and social media

• Coordinates any printing and production projects with vendors

• Other tasks as assigned

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Visual Design, or equivalent

• 5 years working in a visual design/production field, preferably in a variety of media

• Expert knowledge of Adobe suites of products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint

• Great sense of typography and visual composition highly desirable

• Proven ability to understand highly technical concepts and be able to interpret them simply through elegant visual design

• Highly professional with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules

• Ability to take feedback and rapidly prototype

• Demonstrated capacity to work well in a team environment and individually with little direction

• Experience interacting with and influencing team members and business partners at all levels
