Job Details:

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative, marketing and sales support to the Manager of Sales Development by being responsible for the co-op budget, assisting with event planning and marketing materials, distributing reports, and other duties as assigned.


  • Maintains co-op budget; records expenses, prepares all approved invoices for payment and ensures payments have been received by GSA/IPP

  • Assists with event planning, i.e. seminars by maintaining copies of contracts, acting as contact for outside event contractor, and making arrangements for payment.

  • Monitors Seabourn Sales phone line/inbox

  • Approves and forwards CN1 requests.

  • Creates flyers and ads for National and top Accounts (work with Product Marketing on content) to meet deadlines

  • Maintains intranet sites for top and National accounts

  • Supports Manager of Sales Development and Manager of National Accounts to achieve quarterly revenue goals with call-out projects

  • Generates and distributes quarterly travel agency branch reports

  • Orders brochures for all events

  • Works with Marketing on content for Seabourn Insider by providing content for stories and forwarding recommendations to the Marketing team

  • Contributes to marketing campaigns by putting materials together for large accounts


  • 2-3 years of related experience

  • Strong typing skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and PowerPoint
