Intel Senior Program Manager – Partnerships in Santa Clara, California
Intel Security is seeking a Program Management professional to manage the integration, cross-functional execution, and overall success of strategic third-party partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a flexible, articulate, self-managed problem solver who can multi-task under dynamic timelines.
Candidate will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional and cross-organizational teams as they develop integrated solutions, go-to-market and readiness plans, and roll out new products to market
They will create and document processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous process improvement activities across diverse geographical groups
Assume ownership of 3rd party partnerships and serve as liaison between internal Intel Security teams and external partner teams to ensure all development and rollout activities are identified and timelines met
Assess our partners' strategic needs to proactively identify functional gaps and opportunities for improvement
Define success metrics as well as methods and timetables for measurement and reporting
Collaborate with senior management to understand and refine partner strategy to anticipate upcoming requirements that will impact the product pipeline
Collaborate with internal and 3rd party partner Product teams to capture and evaluate customer requirements/use cases and help prioritize development plans with Engineering
Collaborate with Sales and Partner Teams to gain visibility into Sales Funnel and develop process to track and communicate progress of key opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate go-to-market deliverables, such as Sales training, communication plans, events, and other launch activities-
Collaborate with Support team to ensure that proper training, documentation, and support plans exists for all partnership and integration activities
Work cross-functionally to identify training opportunities for internal stakeholders
Minimum 7 year's experience in Program Management, Operations, or related
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or computer science required; Master's degree preferred
Proven track record of success leading complex global projects in New Product Introductions, technology integrations, or 3rd party integrations
Cross functional program management expertise, coordinating efforts across Product Management, Sales/BD, Engineering, Support, and Marketing
Keen business and strategy sense. Desire to stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, partner and end-user requirements and translate into a clear product and strategy vision
Must be able to work independently as well lead cross-functional teams domestically and globally
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate unfamiliar organizational boundaries and skill in driving ownership and consensus without direct organizational authority
Highly effective communication skills ability to present to a wide range of stakeholders across different teams and levels of the organization
Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple people, projects, timelines and budgets simultaneously. Ability to work with ambiguity
Experience working with SaaS products, Consumer-oriented software, and/or mobile apps
Familiarity with technology and supplier contracts/agreement language and terms a plus
Familiarity with Telco/ISP, Mobile Operator, and OEM PC and device manufacturer technologies, distribution and business models highly desirable
