About the Role:The Intel Security Consumer OEM, Direct and Retail Business Unit is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their leadership team. The role is a great opportunity for the ideal candidate to work side-by-side with the leadership team and join a fast paced and growing organization. Key Responsibilities:Perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of the Consumer OEM, Direct and Retail leadership team.Handles details that are confidential and critical in nature.Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: o Organizes and manages calendar/schedules for managers' o Makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports o Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events o Maintains office supplies o Manages departmental recognition o Drafts and composes emails o Creates and sustains systems for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information o Tracks headcount and spending o Execution of research, data analysis, and preparing reports/recommendations o Manages meeting logistics to include distribution of materials o Working within a globally dispersed team and o Other projects based on business need.

Qualifications

Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Additional qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Knowledgeable on use of Microsoft Office suite.

  • Experienced at managing highly dynamic travel and meeting schedules.

  • Capable and experienced in arranging the logistics of on-site and off-site team meetings.

  • Familiar with purchase order systems and managing office supplies for a team.

  • Understands how to track expenses, create and submit expense report. - Must be experience in working with a geographically dispersed team and remote workers.
