The Deposits Products Group (DPG) is seeking a high caliber senior leader to join the Transactions & Payment Strategies Team. The Transaction & Payment Strategies Team develops and implements retail deposit account transaction/process strategies to optimize the customer experience. The team collaborates with key cross functional partners across the enterprise such as Digital Channels Group (DCG), Deposit product management, Distribution Strategy and Services Group (DSSG), Wells Fargo Virtual Channels, Wholesale Services Group, Enterprise Utility Services (EUS) and Technology and Operations Group to drive initiatives that are critical to the success of DPG and Community Banking.

This individual will lead Deposit Statements including management and strategic development of the unique statements and transaction notices designed for consumers, Premiere Management and small business customers, both paper and online versions. The successful candidate in this exciting position will identify and implement enhancement opportunities for customer experience and servicing across all channels. The candidate will develop a product vision and roadmap for Deposit Statements and implement key initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.

Primary responsibilities include overall product management, leadership, and strategic focus to identify, develop, and manage statement, tax document and notification projects to gain efficiencies, improve processes, identify cost saving opportunities, and exceed customer needs. Partner with operations and technology to maintain integrity of statements and ensure programs adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies. The product manager will consult with management and key stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and enhance statements to reflect new product features and functionality. Lead virtual and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects from concept to completion including defining requirements, developing business cases and strategies, customer research, implementing complex projects, and analyzing results for Deposit Products.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management and development experience

  • Experience in product management, business analysis, marketing, operations and/or strategic/consulting in a consumer oriented, technology dependent environment, in financial services or related industries
