The WFA Client Contact Center (CCC) helps clients succeed financially by providing specialized, world class sales and service expertise to new and existing clients and partners. Wells Fargo Advisors Contact Center is a leader in integrated financial management. Our vision is to create and grow a client-needs-driven, fully integrated financial services organization that exceeds the capabilities of our competitors. Our services are customized to our clients’ needs.

Members of this team consult with our clients on a variety of needs. In this role, you're expected to take 50+ inbound calls per day. You may be opening brokerage accounts for one client while on the next call you will be referring them to one of our business partners. Successful team members are able to help clients assess and identify their need as well as determine the appropriate investment or product channel.

Every client’s need is different and consultants on this team recognize that. There are a number of products the clients may not be educated about and our consultants help lead them to the right opportunity. Members of this team perform a mixture of duties that can range from assisting a client with WellsTrade website functionality to capturing a referral opportunity to working on special projects. Our contact center is open from 7:30am - 8:30pm CT Monday - Friday and Saturdays from 9:30am - 6:00pm CT. Candidates need to be flexible Monday-Saturday during these hours of operation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

  • 6+ months of customer service experience, sales experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher

  • Brokerage industry experience

  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues

  • Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of banking products and services

  • Knowledge and understanding of brokerage: sales, service or quality assurance

  • Knowledge and understanding of internet or intranet-based business systems

  • Registration for FINRA Series 66 (or 63 and 65) must be completed within 90 days of hire date. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
