Key accountabilities:

*Understands and complies with Contractor Assurance Program (CAP)

*Performs daily duties according to the Job Description and QSI Procedures for work assigned.

*Performs manual labor tasks in order to accomplish job duties (lifting, pushing, pulling).

*Operates and maintains blending and packaging equipment

*Ensures proper blending and transfer of raw materials and product.

*Assures transfer of critical operational information that occurred during the shift to the other team members, the Shift Facilitator, and the next shift.

*Makes routine decisions necessary to operate equipment as defined by Plant policies and procedures.Follows all HSS&E and *Environmental policies and practices.

*Must support and live Safety Leadership. Be an active partner with Plant TEAM to maintain a high HSSE standard and behavior. *Participate with TEAM in HSSE initiatives.

*Must be willing to work within and support our TEAMS. Operate and maintain work area in a safe and efficient manner. Must be able to complete all required work documentation and follow all procedures assigned per the ISO 9002, RC14001 and TS16949 Standards and BP OMS Plant Operating Procedures. Must be willing to review and work with others in maintaining Plant Standard Operating Procedures SOPs.

*Able to perform checks to ensure Quality products are produced, handled & shipped to our Customers.

*Ability to obtain/maintain all Tech 1 sets and obtain skill set for Tech 2 & 3 Plant skill sets as outlined in the BTR Training and Qualification Master Plan

*Ability to perform cross-functional job assignments in the plant as plant business needs arise. (Flow to the Work)

Must be a certified forklift operator and be able to demonstrate the ability to operate a forklift in racked warehousing and shipping environment. Knowledge and understanding of computer programs (e. g. E-mail, Data Entry, Document Review).

*Able to assist to Maintenance Techs with repairs on assigned equipment.

Provide support and assistance to all Team Partners in their daily job duties (Operations, Maintenance, Testing, Projects, etc.)Responsible for all housekeeping and general organization of the Plant and surrounding Plant areas.

Essential Education:

High School diploma or GED preferred. Secondary education a plus. Must be willing to continue personal development training as required.

In addition to the Pangbourne site, GFT teams are also based in Naperville (US), Bochum (Germany) and Cape Town (South Africa), where they provide direct support to the regional Fuels Value Chain businesses.
