Intel Support Account Manager in Plano, Texas

Job Description

  • Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards that drive constant improvement in customer satisfaction

  • Plan and oversee enterprise level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients

  • Develop client relationship and understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs

  • Act as single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues

  • Provide proactive communication to help customers avoid product or security issues within their environment. Engages resources from across support and engineering as needed to resolve customer product or security issues

  • Work with Sales team to identify opportunities for growth in the client environment

  • Collaborate with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of Enterprise support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of Enterprise software support experience (preferably security software), or 3+ years of technical leadership experience

  • Clear and professional communication skills - you write well and speak eloquently.

  • Business/technical problem solving and negotiation skills

  • Ability to interface professionally and credibly with a variety of individuals across IT and business functions, industries, and companies

  • You are motivated and driven, with a high level of self-initiative. You can be successful managing yourself and volunteer for new challenges without being asked.
