What you’ll be doing

You will use your positive attitude, your caring nature and your skills with technology to make an impact on your customers’ day. Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing technical support over the phone, email or chat by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical inquiries related to the client's products or services

Providing direct customer service and end-to-end technical support for customers or business-related inquiries from customer service representatives and client personnel

Utilizing all available tools and resources to solve the customer’s problem

Keeping abreast of technological changes and enhancements related to client products and services

Proactively identify common trends and escalate or share examples as appropriate

Provide feedback and recommendations to your manager on ways the company can improve

Perform other duties as assigned by your management team

The best fit for this job is someone who:

Has a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate

Has a minimum of 1 year of related call center/technical support experience required (2 years of experience preferred)

Exhibits strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to simultaneously navigate through multiple online applications to resolve customer issues

Strong understanding of Windows desktop environment and various applications (i.e., Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, mobile operating systems and peripherals, etc.)

Experienced user of online services and mobile technologies a plus

Has high attention to detail and provides great customer service

Cares about helping their customers

Is team-focused

Has the ability to multitask well

Can adapt to a flexible schedule

Is positive and can handle stress

Can maintain the highest level of confidentiality
