Resources For Human Development, Inc. Revenue Cycle Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for oversight of the day-to-day revenue cycle processes maintained by the corporate Shared Services Department. Responsibilities also include working with divisional leaders on process improvement, oversight and interaction with program leaders on collections and accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition and billing policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Functions
Manages the Shared Services Payment Application process --- Ensures timely uploading/posting of electronic payments (835s) for payments identified as the responsibility of shared services. Work with divisional staff to bring resolution to errors identified during upload. Works with divisional leaders to create policies and procedures to enhance the workflows.
Oversees & coordinates Medicaid Provider Enrollments & Revalidations Processes. Works with divisional staff ensuring compliance and non-disruption of funding.
Closes the billing system (Avatar) monthly, sharing reporting with designated stakeholders.
Provides Values Based Supervision to the Revenue Cycle Analyst & Payment Analyst
Provides Billing System Help Desk Level 2 Support
Maintains the billing system for operational changes including Programs, service codes, and fee schedules
Support the Revenue Cycle Team with ongoing support and training of divisional staff on revenue cycle processes, policies, and procedures; including the use of the Integrated Electronic Health Record/Billing System
Supports the Revenue Cycle Director with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Commercial funding contract management
Supports the Revenue Cycle Director in the analysis of monthly revenue trends for accuracy and procedural improvement opportunities which includes any revenue modeling or rate reporting
Supports the Revenue Cycle Director and the Revenue Cycle Systems Manager in the assessment of compliance of billing system data against contractual funder agreements
Bachelor s Degree in Finance or related field
5 – 6 years related experience
Strong research and analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; create and promote a positive and supportive work environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data to program directors or other divisional and corporate leaders
