Duties

The ideal candidate will be experienced in data management, including REDCap, as well as detail oriented and well-organized, in order to effectively assist in managing program evaluation and research for several training initiatives. Responsibilities include: creation and management of databases in REDCap according to protocol timelines; coordinating the data collection from participants and ensuring accurate data entry; overseeing the timely completion of other project-related tasks according to protocol timelines; assisting with the development of IRB applications, correspondence with IRB staff and maintenance of regulatory study source documents; assisting with completion of program progress reports and other study reports; conducting literature reviews and assist with writing of manuscripts and grant applications; and assisting with the development of study protocols.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Applicant needs to be very attentive to detail, have excellent interpersonal skills, have strong data management and writing skills; be willing to work as a team player, be self-starting and able to monitor time allocated to different tasks.
