  • Partner with Commercial Leaders, Sales Managers and Sales Reps to drive end to end sales process including customer prospecting, lead generation, cross selling, analysis of data, defining key measurable process and metrics.

  • Provide robust analytics and insights by using mathematical, statistical, and computational tools.

  • Develop and execute strategies for accelerated partner/customer growth, retention and profitability. Optimize market penetration using data analytics.

  • Own development of customer reporting packages and customer analytic opportunities that can improve our value to strategic customers and provide insights on how they can accelerate growth.

  • Develop reporting capabilities that provide insights to commercial leaders, sales reps, and customers.

  • Collaborate closely with commercial leaders and program partners to identify critical internal performance metrics.

  • Lead efforts to develop, train, and expand utilization of digitized solutions to optimize profitability, efficiency, and effectiveness of sales organization.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling
