Leidos Senior Intelligence Analyst/SME in MCLEAN, Virginia


Come join our fast-growing organization at Leidos and see your career soar to new heights! Leidos Intelligence & Homeland Security Group currently has a need for a Senior Intelligence Analyst/SME. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST ALREADY POSSESS A TS/SCI w/Poly CLEARANCE. The Senior Intelligence Analyst/SME position is responsible for:

• Advising the NIM on key developments in their assigned area requiring both immediate and long-term analytic and collection responses by the IC.

• Supporting decision making and special projects on intelligence integration issues to include the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members, policy makers, military decisions makers, members of Congress, and other major stakeholders on intelligence integration efforts.

• Helping the Government conduct reviews of IC collection and analysis against hard targets, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with Unifying Intelligence Strategies.

• Supporting the planning, facilitation, and after action needs for Community sessions and outreach initiatives to address intelligence integrations matters.



Bachelor's Degree or higher; 10 years of work experience related to the technical requirement (SOW Section) against which the individual is slated to perform; 3 years of experience working in the Intelligence Community; Demonstrated knowledge of collection and analytic missions associated with the AOR and programs/projects designed to improve US IC capabilities to address key issues therein.


Extensive, related experience (15+ years).

Significant demonstrated analytic skills, tradecraft experience, or extensive publication on the subject as a noted expert in the field.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce written reports.
