The Learning Co-op will be located in our Madison, NJ headquarters and will support the Learning and Development team by executing new hire training logistics, preparing training materials, coordinating training communications, supporting the quarterly newsletter and the Learning and Development HUB and Sync updated materials. The Co-op will also have the opportunity to be trained in Impactful Sales Presentation skills and will be exposed to processes involved in the business of corporate training, consulting skills and sales training. Projects may include organization of new hire training schedule and communications, logistics planning, preparation of training materials, etc. Tasks associated with all or part of ongoing projects are also included.

Education:

  • Must be a full time student who has completed at least 2 years of coursework towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, and/or Adult Education and Corporate Training

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher

Required:

  • Must be willing to work independently

  • Must have the ability to make decisions that keep the project moving according to its timeline

  • Have strong writing and communications skills

  • Think creatively to develop solutions to issues identified

  • Candidate must have the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and tasks

  • Students should be returning to school in the Fall of 2016

  • Must be available for a minimum of 10-12 weeks during the summer months June through August 2016
