Place/Commit Orders

•Respond to Customer Inquiry •Establish Customer Order Requirement •Confirm Product availability aligned with Demand Plan & Supply Chain•Contract review versus Business and Corporate Policies and Procedures •Create Order “in system” SAP •Assure that Credit Check is performed •Confirm Order & Date to Customer •Communicate order to appropriate parties for fulfillment, logistics and documentation

  • Order Tracking & Management*

•Internal/customer alterations, cancellations and changes•Respond to requests for information about order status•Understand document and data requirements (packing lists, space release, OSA) •Monitor product, transaction and documentation flow

  • Pricing and Invoicing*

•Review, update, and maintain contractual pricing. •Invoice Freight charges •Issue invoice and other required documents to the customer •Upload (web portals) or send requested invoices to customers so payments can be processed

Servicing the Customer after the Sale

•Complaint Resolution and Reporting CQSI•Manage product returns •Issue credits and adjustments •Respond to customer inquiry •Providing requested documents to customers (origin, insurance, proof of delivery, etc.) •Resolve Late/Partial Payments and invoice discrepancies, issue credit notes as requested
