The DPS - Stores department is looking for a full time MRO Master Data & Supply Coordinator.


The MD & Supply Coordinator is standardising materials (spare parts, consumables, PPE) into SAP and maintains their data in collaboration with site and corporate teams and assures follow up on stock refill within end to end supply process.

Summary of responsibilities

  1. Master data

+ Coordinate material standardisation and maintain material master data in SAP systems

  • Maintain/ improve processing time (KPI)

  • Produce simple master data analysis and reports

  • Primary contact for all master data relevant queries on site and within MRO network

  • Provide training and guidance for MRO related processes and databases

  1. MRO Supply
  • Coordinate purchasing transactions in collaboration with Sourcing and customers

  • Follow up on purchase orders and urgencies and work with suppliers to assure delivery (KPI)

  • Maintain collaboration with Sourcing, support strategy and improvement projects

  • Maintain partnership with suppliers, follow up on service level issues and complaints (NCR)

  • Follow up on payment delays (web cycles)

  • Support inventory control efforts


  • Good technical (electrical, mechanical) understanding or maintenance background, knowledge on site production equipment is a plus

  • Confirmed verbal and written communication skills and basic commercial correspondence in English and German (mandatory), French is a plus

  • Fluent PC user, good typing skills, basic knowledge in SAP or equivalent, good skills in MS Excel

  • Attention to detail, proactive and able to work on complex processes

  • Basic analytical and data reporting (extraction, formatting and compilation)

  • Team player with good interpersonal and networking skills, comfortable with providing training

  • Problem solving attitude and customer focus

  • Highly motivated and disciplined, able to work self-directed and organized towards targets
