Position summary

Partners with System Recruiting to complete the onboarding experience for newly hired candidates providing closure to all required pre-employment paperwork, scanning and integration into EHR, coordination of Orientation, entity access and integration at the entity level. Duties include coordination of entity Orientation and new hire attendance tracking.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Work experience Requirements

  • Three years office/clerical experience with at least one year Human Resources experience

  • Knowledge of healthcare operations preferred. Organized, self-starter.

  • The qualified candidate will be highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment.

  • Must have a team approach, professional appearance, positive disposition with demonstrated interpersonal skills in dealing with challenging situations.
