Responsible for thoroughly preparing and professionally conducting training for new and current clients utilizing established training materials; assist in trial calls to ensure effectiveness of purchased system; obtain end-of-course evaluations from course participants in order to assess the effectiveness of training; strive to enhance the department's relationship with customers, ensuring the highest quality, responsive service possible is provided
EducationHigh school diploma or GED required.Associate's degree in education, communications, or computer networks preferred.Canada Education Qualification:High School diploma required.College Diploma (3 years) in Electronics or Computer Networks preferred. ExperienceMinimum 3 years 9-1-1 dispatching experience requiredMinimum 1 year training experience preferred OtherBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredBasic knowledge of Power 9-1-1 software (e.g., Power MAP, Power MIS, Power Viper, etc.) preferredAbility to travel 75% or more of the time may be required**Advanced Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, etc.) preferred
