Lockheed Martin Regulatory Doc Analyst in Littleton, Colorado
Defines and generates a CDM-Configuration Data Management plan, as well as standard operating procedures, for the C2 program's DM activities and provides recommendations to other program's plans. Interprets customer's proposal statements of work (SOW) to develop DM-Data management BOEs- Basis of Estimiate. Scrutinizes customer's SOW-Statment of Work and 1423's to develop delivery schedule and document numbering schema for SDRLs-SubContract Deliverable Requirement List and non-deliverables. Generates a SDRL Soon-to-Come Due List to ensure on-time SDRL submittal. Evaluates documentation for accuracy and compliance to requirements of the 1423's Schedules and submits documents to appropriate boards for disposition. Releases and submits approved CDLR-Contract Deliverable Requirement List/SDRLs and non-deliverables and implements controls to ensure document integrity.
Basic Qualifications Solid Data Management knowledge. Working knowledge of DD1423's and DID's. Solid experience in scheduling, tracking, and submitting contractually required data. Proven ability to effectively coordinate, manage, and execute ERBs, CCBs, PCCBs, etc. Strong skills in writing (grammar, documentation, presentations), and knowledge of configuration management required. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret CDRL and SDRL requirements Strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Heavy experience working with data bases and spread sheets Demonstrated team player and process improvement qualities.
