Engage clients to determine their needs, and discusses parts and serviceoptions
Complete quotes and clearly explain service and delivery options
Achieve minimum sales goals to meet dealership standards
Thorough follow up with each client, with accurate CRM tracking (email, phone calls, appointments, etc.)
Support on-line clients and respond to inquires
Utilize proven sales techniques to assess, qualify and satisfy the needs of every client
Remain laser-focused on the client at all times to promote DBBS brand and drive sales
Build and maintain client relationships to promote loyalty, gain referrals and elevate positive word-of-mouth advertising
What you must have:
2+ years Sales experience including inside sales, outside sales,parts orvehicle sales
Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
An insatiable appetite for serving clients and sales
Superior communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
Valid license and clean driving record
Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus, but we will train as needed
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills; collaborative and friendly
Must have the ability and confidence to effectively interface with clients
Professional demeanor and phone voice while remaining composed in busy/stressful situations
Strong organizational skills; able to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to multi-task in an environment of changing priorities while paying strong attention to detail
Must maintain a neat & presentable businesslike appearance at all times
Solid computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to grasp concepts and learn quickly
Reliable, responsible and dedicated to fulfilling obligations
Comfortable with a commission based pay structure
Ability to maintain primary office hours in Johnstown, NY 7:30a-4:00p Monday-Friday (additional hours as workflow dictates)
