Manage and supervise the service level provided by Customer Service Centre (“CSC”) and business partners
Design and conduct quality customer service campaigns
Liaise and work closely with various departments and external stakeholders for customers’ enquiry and feedback collection;
Share external best practices on customer service;
Conduct showroom visits whenever necessary to review service quality;
Coordinate regular external and business meeting to review performance;
Support Account Managers to prepare for external meeting;
Drive continuous improvement opportunities in customer services;
Review and propose the incentive programs for CSC and Operators;
University Degree or above
At least 3 years relevant working experiences in customer service
Proactive and strong interpersonal skills: ability to manage relationships at all levels.
Strong communication skill and creative mindset
Attention to details, hardworking, responsible and self-motivated
Able to work under pressures and independently
PC and software skills for reporting and presentation
Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese
