Basic Qualifications

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

-Demonstrated understanding of using various search tools.

-A willingness to understand, learn, optimize and implement new search processes and technologies.

-Knowledge of customer organization

-Discretion and ability to follow procedures for handling highly classified information

-Excellent customer service skills.

-Excellent verbal and written skills.

-Understanding of standard classification markings and what they mean

Job Description

-Conduct database searches in response to numerous Freedom of Information requests

-Prepare responses to freedom of information act (FOIA) requestors in a memo detailing search results and attached accompanying documents.

-Perform numerous fast-track Office of General Counsel (OGC) name traces

-Respond to OGC via memo detailing search results and attached accompanying documents

-Scan all documents related to FOIA and litigation requests

-Manage the permanent records and perform yearly archival of documents

-Provide assistance to the completion of routine to moderately complex tasks.
