The objective of this position is to enhance the contractors’ Apex experience as they roll off contract by offering a range of coaching and consultation services. The primary goal is to set our contractors up for success as they re-enter the job market, and provide 10-45 minute phone consultations that will help them effectively and efficiently navigate the job market. This Coach will also capture, track and pass along any feedback gathered from our Contractors from their overall experience, and act as a Quality Assurance measure to ensure contractors have the information they need regarding COBRA.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Initiate outbound calls to contractors that rolled off contract the week before to do a mini exit interview to capture feedback, ensure they don’t have any outstanding issues/questions/concerns (i.e. Cobra), and offer transition coaching services. If CE would like to take advantage of any of 8-9 consultation offerings, will schedule time to do so. Coach will also pass along Job Search Resource Packet, with any other resources they deem helpful for the Contractor
Provide consultations/coaching services, such as: Resume Reviews, LinkedIn Profile Reviews, Job Search Strategy, Recommended Job Search Resources (by skill set/practice area), Mock Interviews, Career Mapping/Pathing, Working with Recruiters, Cover Letters, and Thank You Letters.
Issue resolution of outstanding questions or concerns. Partner with Recruiter, AM and/or DM to ensure resolution
Work with management to identify trends and offer solutions to common issues/concerns
Education and Experience:
1+ years of Recruiting, Coaching or Counseling experience
Understanding of key technology skills sets
The ability to work with limited supervision
Ability to deal with frustrated/stressed out contractors
Thirst for continuous knowledge and evolution of offerings, processes, etc.
Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required
Detail oriented individual with excellent work/time organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem solving skills, essential
Proven excellent customer service skills required
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to maintain composure and diffuse escalated situations.
