POSTION SUMMARY AND KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Individual will work closely with the Solution general manager, product managers, and sales teams to create customer value propositions by customer segments. • Individual will have responsibility to develop a comprehensive set of sales enablement tools, including but not limited to, customer presentations, proposals, case studies, white papers, and webinars. • Marketing objectives to include development of a comprehensive customer database of prospects, targeted marketing programs designed to increase funnel growth. • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates NCR Enterprise Fraud offer to the market • Drive the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies with a cross-functional team of marketing, product and sales SMEs • Create and manage the marketing strategies and tasks within your product portfolio such as demand generation programs, collateral management, success stories . . . • Own the quarterly publication on the Trusted Product Roadmap • Manage the day-to-day marketing strategies and tasks within your product portfolio • Market intelligence – be the expert in the space you own, what today’s financial institutions need to be competitive and the competition
• 10 years of digital product marketing experience • Bachelor’s in business or marketing, MBA preferred • Comfortable with using data to create a business case or strategy • Very strong written and verbal communication skills; must be skilled at presenting to large audiences and leadership • Excellent people and management skills to interact with the marketing team and cross-functional teams • Understanding of Enterprise Fraud, Financial Services Infotec, preferred.
