The Business Operations Analyst oversees the data collection, analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our employee incentive program to ensure timely and accurate compensation for one of our most valuable resources, our technicians. Additionally, she/he uses quantitative methods to recommend changes that have significant impact on the current program and analyzes procedures for innovative and creative improvement opportunities.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Take ownership and develop a thorough understanding of the employee incentive program through performance analysis, database maintenance, troubleshooting, and constant improvement.
Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes by performing both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Clearly and effectively articulate well thought-out improvement and troubleshooting solutions to management.
Produce quantitative data reporting and ad hoc analysis on the employee incentive program as well as a wide variety of additional subject matter.
Work well as both an autonomous contributor and member of a larger team.
A successful Business Operations Analyst will have the following:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university - Mathematics, Finance, or Economics a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Apply objective, analytical, and orderly thinking to the analysis of complex problems.
Ability to communicate findings to management, suggest innovative business solutions, and develop real-time fixes to employee impacting issues.
Superior conceptual and numerical analytic skills.
Proficient use of MS Office Suite and Access.
Desire to continually learn and an ability to self-manage projects.
