The Frameworks team within Markets is currently responsible for the firms’ largest government frameworks (e.g. ConsultancyOne). These frameworks, and associated portals are a vital channel for tenders issued for services to the government (and other regulated bodies such as Utilities). All our service lines need this channel to operate in these markets.

The frameworks team undertakes a key role – monitoring portals, issuing tenders across the firm and providing compliance and audit checks. We have significant throughput and a key role in compliance responses and submissions to the Crown Commercial Services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Relationship owner between the frameworks team and the EY business owners and key SL partners using the framework
  • Relationship owner with Crown Commercial Services for compliance and audit requirements and submissions
  • Sets the strategy for MI and appropriate internal audit reviews within the business – liaising with QRM
  • Strategic leadership of the frameworks team – team of 4 individuals
  • Development of service – leading the review on automation and process efficiency
  • Developing capability to take on other frameworks and portals, where appropriate for the business
  • Commercial ownership of recharge back to the business
  • Development of best practice and feedback to the business – how can we drive further growth #LI-P
