This role is part of the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) group. The Enterprise Technology Operations (ETO) team is responsible for driving process and service maturity across the enterprise using a common, consistent framework and governance approach. The team’s mission is to ensure IT operations effectiveness, IT availability/continuity, and minimizing service interruptions by leveraging consistent governance, practices, tools, methodologies, metrics, and measurements.

The EIT Technology Process, Risk, Control, and Governance Management Program office is a critical component of EIT’s First Line of Defense (FLOD) team and will establish the framework for information technology and establish an integrated, enterprise risk management capability. This team is responsible for development, maintenance and maturation of the EIT Risk and Compliance Management Target Operating Model (TOM) Process and related Sub-Processes with a focus on institutionalizing risk management within EIT.

This position will provide program support to the Tech PRC & GM operational team and the EIT commitments for Risk Transformation and EIT Risk and Compliance Management TOM Process Administration.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Monitor and coordinate Process Manager requirements in alignment with EIT TOM Process Governance Program framework

  • Administer process routines (i.e. annual process review cycles, ad-hoc process change activity)

  • Assist in process library management

  • Assist in process SharePoint management

  • Develop and execute formal communication activitie

  • Process level aggregation reporting oversight

  • Coordinate and communicate program deliverables and directives to matrixed teams to deliver results on tight time frames amongst competing priorities.

  • Maintain status of deliverables and provide regular updates to senior leadership

  • Escalate risks, issues and concerns to management around meeting program deliverables.

  • Assist with process improvement recommendations

May assist in leading work efforts and providing guidance to lower level staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • 3+ years of reporting experience

  • Experience facilitating meetings with participants at various levels of experience in different lines of business

  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

  • Knowledge and understanding of technical leadership including large, visible, cross group projects across multiple technologies

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

  • Customer relationship management experience

  • Solid negotiation skills

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
