Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Corporate Shared Services Indirect Procurement Department (CSSIP) is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Payment Program Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to support enterprise-wide Purchasing Card program administration, including monthly reconciliation and payment, program compliance review, proactive review for fraudulent activity, and maintaining/fostering relationships with key vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met and incentives are maximized.
Reporting to the Supplier Performance & Information Manager, the person in this role will support the CSSIP department's objective to service and monitor end-user activities while continuously improve financial incentive performance as established with our key program vendors. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement policy and spending practices established for Toyota Motor North America.
What you’ll be doing Administration of purchasing card program includes:
Process new applications, cancellations and support collection activity
Effectively monitor Toyota’s account status to maximize incentive payment
Provide training to new card holders and approvers
Conduct audits that support the proactive program controls in place
Develop collateral material & publish updates on My ToolBox
Manage data requirements for the processing/reconciliation system
Interface with IS and AP to support system upgrades What you bring
Bachelor’s Degree in related Business field
Strong organizational skills and Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of SAP
Analytical capability with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency using Visio, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications

Understanding of Toyota's NA (North American) operations across all affiliates
Ability to determine and independently analyze data
