Lockheed Martin Deputy TO Lead for Spiral 8.2-5 in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Deputy TO Lead for 8.2-5 will have the responsibility to help manage, coordinate, and oversee the cross TO efforts associated with the C2BMC efforts under TO17. Tasks will include supporting all cost account management weekly, monthly and associated business operations meetings and business rhythms. The Deputy TO Lead for 8.2-5 will monitor and oversee all Level 3 EVMS status, schedule, and variance assessment activities. The Deputy TO Lead for 8.2-5 will participate in rolling waves, government/customer/corporate reviews, and LM/MDA/DCMA audits. The Deputy TO Lead for 8.2-5 will support the planning of technical scope, schedule, and cost inputs for ECPs and other customer estimate requests. 50% of the individual’s time will be applied to this effort through Period of Performance.

This position will also have the responsibility to manage the complete lifecycle of negotiated ECP efforts on the C2BMC program. This individual will support the execution of plans and procedures associated with C2BMC ECP development. The individual will support cross spiral de-confliction, individual spiral cross TO coordination, and schedule and issue resolution. In addition, they will assist to ensure execution of the C2BMC ECP technical baseline within scope and program agreed schedule constraints. Additional qualifications include strong customer communication skills and knowledge and experience with MDNT/BC processes and procedures. 50% of the individual’s time will be applied to this effort through Period of Performance.

Basic Qualifications Experience with Artemis Project View and Microsoft Project, rolling waves, and EVM cost baselining. Practiced in identifying IMS forecast and baseline changes via schedule change requests and "what if" schedules.

Strong Knowledge of the following: Critical Path, Scheduling, and EVMS. Experienced in developing & managing spiral schedules.

Knowledge and experience with MDNT/BC processes and procedures.

Desired skills IMS Development, EVM, Artemis, wInsight

Experience in all levels of Development Lifecycle (Engineering, Development, and Test). Previous C2BMC spiral execution. Knowledge of the overall C2BMC architecture design and functionality required.

Proven leadership abilities to manage, coordinate, and oversee cross TO efforts associated with systems engineering and software development lifecycle management.
