We are searching for bilingual (Spanish / English) Credit Representatives .

JOB SUMMARY

Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to create aninsanely great customer experience by helping resolve customer problems with a sales focus based on needs. Bilingual abilities in Spanish/English is a must have! You re literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling inbound and outbound sales / credit focused calls with customers regarding their account

  • Discuss account history / billing

  • Resolving customer issues in a timely, polite manner

  • Translating as needed from Spanish to English

  • Discuss account history and billing as needed

  • Promote & Sell client products & services by emphasizing product features based on customer needs

  • Utilize computer system to verify & document customer requests

  • Strong listening/comprehensive skills with the ability to be empathetic in order to de-escalate customer concerns and achieve a one call resolution

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • Customer service experience a plus

  • Phone-related customer service a major plus

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications

  • Bilingual Spanish / English is required!

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Stellar customer service skills and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time

  • Ability to use phone and computer systems

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
