POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports the production and enhancement of the Management Reporting and Analytics (MRA) application, and is responsible for the activities to ensure the integrity and reasonableness of the information. Ensures the monthly operations and process are timely and accurate across multiple CFP&A teams and functions. Viewed as an analytical expert and will help manage efforts to develop and implement long term solutions for financial applications and processes to support growth strategies and gain efficiencies for the organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Supports the development, gathering, and processing of financial and operational data in the MRA environment. Will provide analytical support to help manage and enhance the data quality in the environment and the validation of financial data in the system. Partners with Finance and other business partners to evolve the MRA framework to help drive more effective business decisions.

Impact:

Nature of Impact-The role has no interaction with external customers, but does involve preparing financial data for use in management reporting within the enterprise.

Area of Impact-This role primarily impacts the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (CFP&A) organization.

Problem Solving:

This role involves financial analytics, specifically solving problems related to the quality of data within a financial reporting application.

Functional Knowledge:

The role requires a candidate to posess a knowledge of financial and management reporting systems and associated operational processes.

Business or Industry Expertise:

The role requires a candidate to have experience leading FP&A processes or relevant initiatives.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills:

5-7 years of experience in management reporting with minimum of 2 years experience leading FP&A processes or relevant initiatives.

Candidate will have experience with financial and management reporting systems and associated operational processes.

Required Certification (s) degree (s), license (s):

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline required

Desired Skills:

Candidate will have experience with MS Office tools and advanced proficiency with Access and Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
