Wells Fargo Implementation Coordinator & Operational System Compliance Analyst (BSC4) in Chandler, Arizona

The Enterprise Risk Management Technology ERMT team is seeking a technical and functional Business System Consultant to coordinate and manage compliance requirements for multiple Financial Crimes and Compliance Technology Systems. The individual will assist in conducting annual BCP exercises, develop technical documentation, develop and manage Service Level Agreements and help support Release Management activities. All activities will be process driven based on specific governance provided from Enterprise compliance requirements.

This role will require strong experience and expertise in areas related to systems development (including project management, change management, and development methodologies) and application management. This position will provide consulting to stakeholders and impacted areas as they assess and implement changes to meet requirements. Developing strong partnerships, balancing multiple priorities, providing strong leadership in a changing environment, and driving projects to completion in an expedient manner are all characteristics of a successful candidate in this role.

  • Responsibilities will include: *

  • Coordinate, monitor and engage the appropriate stakeholders to complete all release cycles for multiple systems and releases. Also ensure communication of releases is captured and reported to management.

  • Coordinate, monitor and engage the appropriate stakeholders to complete the annual BCP exercise and maintenance items. Assist in maintaining the LDRPS plans for several complex applications.

  • Assist with capturing technical details such as servers, software versions, interfaces, etc. for multiple complex solutions.

  • Interface and communicate well with management and technology partners.

  • May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.

  • Partner with other BSC resources to share work-load and establish solid processes and enforce consistency.

  • Partner with application managers to provide application support for defined subject matter areas.

The preferred work location is Charlotte, NC, but other locations such as Chandler, AZ and Minneapolis, MN will also be considered. Preference will be given to those candidates that either currently live in or are willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC with limited to no relocation assistance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience

  • 3+ years of technical documentation and publication experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • 5+ years of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools

  • 3+ years of PAC2000 Change Management experience

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo Internal Business Continuity Plan Repository (LDRPS v10)

  • Knowledge and understanding of full life cycle application development

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects

  • Ability to develop improvement processes and implementation strategies to ensure business continuity/contingency plans

  • Knowledge and understanding of application security planning and security architecture

  • Knowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance, or risk management

  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams

  • Strong analytical and technical skills

  • Advanced facilitation skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
