The Consumer Financial Solutions (CFS) team focuses on the growth and management of Wells Fargo's consumer credit card portfolio, including general purpose and co-brand cards. In addition, our team delivers industry-leading rewards, offers and benefits that recognize and celebrate our customers' relationship with Wells Fargo and keep us focused on earning and re-earning more of their business. We also continue to explore innovative new solutions for helping consumers accomplish their financial goals. Responsible for assessing customers needs through financial consultation. Incumbents offer products and services to prospective customers using either pre-established leads or leads sourced by incumbents. Informs customers of company s current promotions and products. Requires extensive knowledge of company, products, and/or services. May require advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated techniques. Incumbent may act as a liaison between various departments and customer to reach conclusions with the customer.

If you have a proven track record with outbound sales or collections, and have an interest in gaining and sharing your knowledge about our products and services with prospective customers, Wells Fargo has an excellent opportunity for a Credit Card Sales Representatives on our Central Inside Sales team.

This is a high volume call center environment with pre-established leads. The successful candidate will be expected to handle 100+ calls/day while providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers.

The successful candidate must be comfortable in reciting from standard scripts and screens to address each customer’s individual needs and must possess the ability to easily navigate within the system and track calls accordingly.

The Representative will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of a variety of financial products and services in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Potential earnings are based on the ability to meet performance and sales expectations.

Work Schedule: Monday & Friday, 8:am - 5:pm; Tuesday thru Thursday, 10:am - 7:pm; Saturdays and overtime depending on business need.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience offering products and services to customers based on their needs

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of financial products and services

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems

  • Knowledge and understanding of outbound Sales (call center environment)

  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals with respect to products and/or services

  • Solid negotiation skills

  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
