Our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (Staffing CoE) supports staffing requirements of all Businesses and functions in India.

As a Staffing specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for partnering with the stakeholders in meeting the hiring needs for the organization within the accepted TAT and quality.

The candidate should have significant experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment, and work with the recruitment partners in meeting the hiring needs within the expected Turnaround Time. The incumbent will be expected to ensure that the process is streamlined and robust metrics are put in place to measure the vitality of the recruitment function in line with the expectations from the clients and stakeholders.

  • The incumbent will be expected to lead the campus engagement strategy for TE India.

  • The candidate will be expected to take ownership and guide the extended partners in creating a culture of execution excellence within the staffing operations, and ensure that there is zero miss on compliance related to the function and the company.

– The incumbent will partner with other Staffing team within the COE to strengthen the sourcing expertise, and work towards enhancing the expertise and credibility of the function by pro-actively keeping oneself updated on the latest recruitment trend and customizing it for the needs of the clients.

  • The candidate will be expected to partner in running strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from Sourcing to Candidate Offer with special focus on Referral campaigns and Diversity initiatives

  • It is imperative for the candidate to build and develop an inclusive approach and establish excellent working relationships with key stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of the business plans and partner with them in working in filling succession plan gaps through external talent mapping exercise.

  • Drive effective and periodic analytics and MIS to enable process adherence & compliance as per the organizational framework.

Educational Degree

Post Graduate/MBA in Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Social Science with minimum 4- 5 yrs of experience with increasing responsibility in the field of recruitment

Professional Experience (years in what processes and function)

Ability to handle end to end recruitment cycle with demonstrated expertise in the area of Strategic recruitment.

Experience in handling multiple clients and managing recruitment needs independently in a Matrix environment
