Clean Room Technology Group (CRT) is responsible for ensuring that the fabrication facility is operating per specification. We utilize a number of sensors and systems to monitor the health of the fab. The CRT Team works with multiple engineering groups and departments to investigate and recommend improvements that will maintain and improve fab environmental conditions. Position requires collaboration with a take charge attitude.

Specific Job Duties:

  • Investigate clean room operational issues

  • Cleanroom Innovation and development of AMC control and particle reduction methods in environment/wafer/FOUP

  • Support alignment initiatives for cleanroom environmental control

  • Perform detailed analysis of monitoring systems data (Bulk Gas, UPW, FAB Environment)

  • Perform qualification and investigation on FAB consumable items (garments, wipes, gloves)

  • Effectively communicate status, timelines and critical issues to all levels of the organization

  • Perform cost/benefit analysis and provide engineering recommendation

  • Develop standard operating procedures and assist in implementation

  • Train team members on new systems and proper operations

Necessary Skills / Attributes

Education, Training, Certification(s):

  • BSEE, BSME, BSCE or related field

  • 5 9 years of related experience

  • Semiconductor or high volume manufacturing experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Position requires good technical knowledge of electro/mechanical equipment and HVAC systems

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written.

  • Must have mechanical aptitude, experience with equipment and project management.
