SUMMARY

Freeman is seeking an Exhibitor Services Coordinator to processes complex exhibitor orders, inquiries and/or complaints; completes billing, and provides other customer service assistance to exhibitors as needed. This job requires analysis and judgment relative to which item or service will satisfy the customer's need. The Exhibitor Services Coordinator will have knowledge of all Freeman services, and be able to handle a service desk efficiently at major shows assisting three or more Exhibitor Services Reps. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Must be familiar with: Show Management personnel for assigned show, pertinent information for assigned show, and show rules and regulations

  • Assists Supervisor with training of new personnel

  • Contacts Key Accounts and ensures paperwork and data entry are completed for show

  • Process orders/payments from exhibitors

  • Coordinate with production departments exhibitor requirements for assigned shows

  • Ensures all preparations have been done for assigned show

  • Performs all show site service desk functions: arranges neat service desk, handles all show site orders, assists exhibitors with questions or problems, ensure completion of all data entry prior to invoicing, performs timely invoicing, ensures collection of invoicing according to current payment procedures, performs all outbound show site functions (labor, material handling, etc.)

  • Develops future sales from show site contact

  • Completes all show closing functions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum eight years of related experience

  • Demonstrated communication, organization, and customer service skills

  • Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED
