Texas Health Resources Clinical Psychologist- PRN in Arlington, Texas

Qualifications/Duties

Texas Health Resources is currently hiring for a fulltime Clinical Psychologist. This position will be working closely with the THR EAP and with Texas Health Behavioral Health service line to meet critical incident, pre-employment and fitness for duty evaluations for civil service candidates per Texas Health and Safety Code. This position will be responsible for testing and interpreting tests for employees and potential employees of civil service agencies

Hours: Monday thru Friday, days.

Duties:

Psychological Testing- conduct psychological testing and interpretation of tests for civil service agencies

Critical Incident- conduct debriefings and other CI requests for contracted agencies

Fitness For Duty – Conduct psychological testing for employees of contracted agencies as needed for performance or return to work

Maintain Documentation – maintain test results, interpretations, and outcomes per Texas Health and

Safety Code and department policy

Process Improvement – Work with manager and organizational leadership to meet goals and adjust workflows for efficiency

Min. Education required: Doctorate Degree in Psychology

Min. Experience required: 2-4 years practicing as a licensed psychologist

Licensure/certification required: Fully Licensed PHD/Psy.D level, State of Texas Psychologist

Skills required: psychological testing and interpretation
