KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Main contact for implementation of the Marketing plan, including the development of materials, as well as management of dual partner marketing programs, communications, advertising and data

  • Manage and execute advertising campaign, including print, radio, outdoor and coop advertising, within the designated budget that is most effective for the organization and annual marketing plan

  • Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including, however, not limited to creating, curating and managing all published content (images, video & written), monitoring and responding to users, and overseeing design

  • Facilitate the day-to-day tasks of the NuTech Seed online promotional store in regards to inventory management, billing, quote follow up with vendors, processing orders and shipping follow up

  • Aid in meeting planning to ensure compliance with the DuPont Pioneer Meeting Planning processes, as well as attend meetings to support and successfully execute all events with the Marketing Team

  • Responsible for organizing registration, set up and displays for some Farm Shows & Trade Shows

  • Provide primary support to the marketing department with responsibilities centered on projects assigned by the Marketing Manager

  • This position will support the Marketing Manger

  • Regular updates of marketing materials and media, as well as compliance with licensing and trademark for all marketing materials

  • Key communication support between the Marketing Department and District Sales Managers and Dealers

  • Preparation and implementation of program support materials and tools

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in business administration and/or 4+ years equivalent work experience required

  • Excellent personal, phone and written communication skills are required

  • This role requires proficient use and understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe programs (Pro, InDesign, Photoshop)

  • Planning and project management are key skills for this role, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Self-starter who is able to work well without constant direction
